The external drive labeled as Barracuda 7200.11 is failed to be detected by my computer. I’ve tried the disk in separate external enclosure - no change. My IT department suspects the heads failure. The disk wasn't opened and got all original parts. No recovery attempts have been made.

The Barracuda ST3500620AS hard drive became inaccessible, without giving any prior warnings. Just stop showing. Tried to reboot a few times - no results. Took to IT department, they run some diagnostic and recommended to take it to data recovery service. I have too many work projects on this drive that I can't afford to lose, I could recreate them but it'd take me months of work and I have deadlines. Please HELP!
