We GUARANTEE 100% Confidentiality and Privacy of your data. Your data will be secure and kept private at all times.

The success of data recovery mostly depends on how quick the hard drive was SHUT OFF after the failure occurred.

We use non-destructive recovery procedures to recover data. We scan and copy each sector of failed drive to image and work off that image, not your hard drive.

Data Recovery from External Hard Disk Drives

Inside of External USB, FireWire, Network, or Combo Hard Drive case there is nothing more than the standard hard disk drive with the interface converter. Thus, the external drive inherits all kind of problems of the standard hard disk plus some others. The good news that the data recovery cost is the same as for standard hard drive.

The most advanced data recovery technologies, Clean Room techniques, and over 15 years of experience in Data Recovery allow us to retrieve data from any failed external hard drive.

Supported External Hard Drives for data recovery: We recover all brands/makes of external hard drives, including Maxtor, Iomega, LaCie, Kano HardBox, Ximeta NetDisk, Toshiba, and Western Digital.

Supported Operating Systems: For PC computers: all Microsoft OS (including Windows XP and Vista), Linux/Unix. For Apple Macintosh computers: all MAC OS.

Fujitsu MHR2020AT 20 GB external laptop

From Customer's order

The drive was plugged into the USB port and failed. It made a grinding noise for a while and when I disconnected power, it was warm to the touch. If the computer is booted with the drive connected, the computer fails to boot. When the drive is plugged in, it does not appear to be available and the device manager reports "This device cannot start (Code 10)."

After recovery:

Thank you for the wonderful job you did.
John
