When several hard disk drives are set up to use RAID technology, they are said to be in a RAID array. This array distributes data across several disks, but the array is seen by the computer user and operating system as one single disk.

In any case, since we do not provide the flat cost for RAID - the service cost agreement must be confirmed by you before our recovery engineers will start recovery process. Once it is done - the work with the failed RAID will start off.
