Error reading hard drive - Seagate ST9120821AS

Drive is clicking, not in BIOS. I took the hard drive to a couple of local places, both of them couldn't repair the hard drive, the third company evaluated drive and quoted the service cost on some indecent amount of money, although concluded that data is retrievable. They did open the hard drive during the evaluation process, but even with your $200 fee for opened drive I'll be on the save side with your fee for such job.

Recovering data from a crashed hard drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST3500820AS

The PC froze and when I tried to restart it I heard a clicking sound from the hard drive and Windows would not load. The BIOS recognizes the drive but gives it the wrong model and BIOS wasn't able to read the drive characteristics such as size, geometry, etc. No recovery attempts were made and the drive wasn't opened. The drive is original.
