Major Failure: Clicking or noisy sound. The hard drive been sent to Seagate for an evaluation. Their price was over $3000 to recover. You are my last and the only hope to get my family memories (photos & movies) back at the affordable cost.

The drive started experiencing 'failed Writes' while copying files to it. It then started clicking noises and was not recognized by the operating system. I sent the drive to Seagate Recovery Services and they said they could fix it but I could not afford the estimated price and they returned it to me. So, it has been opened but has all original parts.
The new drive with the data was received, thanks for your hard work in saving it for us. I had a great experience with your company and would recommend your services to anyone. Joshua K. APO, AE USA
