Acer computer problem with Western Digital WD400BB-75CLB0 drive
Drive is not getting any power, no sound, no clicking.
-It has been sitting for a week and I tried it once more today in master position and it did spin for a moment, then it stopped and I could not get it to do anything else again.
-For recovery we have tried it in different computers but it would not be recognized or make any sound.

Caviar Green WD20EARS 2.0TB Faulty hard drive repair requested
The drive does not make noise and was not recognized by Bios. It is from a six year old Dell 8100. I'd used only about half of the 40 GB... However, I need the data, particularly the photographs, from my old drive for a 90th Birthday celebration that won't come around again. How quickly can you recover my data?
Dear DataBe team, you are probably used to having people call you amazing, but you really are. Thank you for such amazing, quick work! Karen M.W. Temple Terrace, Florida USA
