Error message: cannot write to the disc because disc error occurred. Seagate Barracuda ES.2 ST3750330NS

What failure occurred: Bios recognizes the drive and there are no clicking sounds. When the drive is cool windows recognizes it but I can't read it. After a while the drive becomes unrecognizable in Windows but bios still recognizes the drive. Tried the drive on many machines and diagnostic tools. NO reformat or repartition was attempted.
