From ALFRED B. OAKLAND, CA USA: Seagate Barracuda NS.2 ST3400832NS 400 Gb - The computer failed to boot. I hired a computer repair man and he determined that the hard drive was the cause of the failure. We noticed that the drive produced no clicking but we were not sure if the drive was spinning. A drive name did appear on BIOS but it could not be accessed. After some time of examination the drive was cold compared to other drives in the system.

Dear Sirs,
Your work is much appreciated, thanks a lot got restoring my data.
Sincerely,
Alfred

From National Tropical Botanical Garden Chipper W. Kalaheo, HI USA: Toshiba MK6021GAS external mobile - Unable to access the drive. Drive was working fine until the USB cable was accidentally removed while it was writing data to the disk. When you plug the cable in now it powers up but does not appear to have a FAT on it anymore. It asked you to format the disk. The recovery attempts include:
- Tried hooking it up via a different disk controller.
- Tried mounting using a Linux Mount command.
- Tried a raw disk dump using DD

Thank you for the data recovery operation you performed on my external hard
drive. Thank you for the prompt and excellent service.
