The drive started experiencing 'failed Writes' while copying files to it. It then started clicking noises and was not recognized by the operating system. I sent the drive to Seagate Recovery Services and they said they could fix it but I could not afford the estimated price and they returned it to me. So, it has been opened but has all original parts.
The new drive with the data was received, thanks for your hard work in saving it for us. I had a great experience with your company and would recommend your services to anyone. Joshua K. APO, AE USA

Toshiba MK2018GAS laptop
Failure Description: Growl from drive once. Shutdown OS. Primary drive not able to be recognized on next reboot. Recover Attempted: Local Corporate PC Lab tried to spin up drive. Would not spin up. Froze drive and reattempted spin up - drive would spin up partially, before spinning down. Ended their attempt at that point.
Dear DataBe, Thanks a lot, all data are back and everyone is happy! Cheers, Kevin. Kevin S./Solution Architect NCR,Waterloo Waterloo, Ontario CANADA

The hard drive clicks while powered up. When the screen's gone blank I took the laptop to the local computer repair center. The technician there diagnosed the drive with the internal damage (broken heads) and suggested to look up for data recovery.
You have helped make a very bad situation a lot easier. Thank you so much! It was great doing business with you! Jeff G. Jeff G. Norwalk, Ohio United States
