If you live in NYC and would like to bring your failed media in person and you are not in the rush, here are the detailed instructions on how to take it to The UPS Store at 1 Penn Plaza, New York, NY 10119.
The UPS Store is the official location of DataBE and accepts on our behalf any failed media for data recovery for Regular turnaround service.
The only condition there is before you go to Penn Plaza - you'll need to submit the Service Order on our website, print two (2) copies: one (1) - comes along with the failed device and the other one keep it for your record to track down the order status at our website.

At the UPS store, present the copy of your Service Order along with the hard drive, request the receipt and let us take care of the rest.
You'll be contacted with regards to data recovery process as soon as there is a progress on your case, normally takes up to 7days.
