MK2546GSX HDD2D90 Crashed hard drive
The drive was removed from Toshiba Satellite with Windows 10 on it. The symptoms before crash:
First error was seen on the black screen 'Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.' Tech support help tried to run computer in the safe mode to eliminate the drivers and devices that is causing the system to lock up.
After numerous blue screen errors the failed drive was replaced with a new one (no problems now), but we need to restore my outlook email (pst file in user profile) and all documents from the old hard drive.
Recovered PST is set and tested OK, documents in perfect condition too. Victor K., Home Essentials, Jersey City USA
