MK2016GAP Error: drive not ready or disk not formatted

User dumped a liquid on the laptop. We sent it to another data recovery service, who said they could not recover it. They opened the drive, but did not appear to open the 2nd, identical drive we sent them. Included is the drive we need recovered and a 2nd, identical drive. We are hoping you will have better luck, as you advertise being able to recover this model of hard drive specifically.

Dead MK4021GAS drive

The drive became noisy. I thought the fan was malfunctioning. I shut it down and had the drive replaced by Fujitsu (the notebook is an S series Lifebook) I plugged the drive in using a USB connector but it would not spin.
