MO0603H Error: drive not ready or disk not formatted

Unable to access the drive. When booting up one morning the laptop said unable to read from drive, and it couldn’t even display the XP logo. I used HD clone to try to mirror the disk onto another disk, and I got the same message 'unable to read from drive'. Then I gave it to a company from Mississauga, they pretended to read 1/4 of the drive and then gave me back the drive saying the couldn't read more. I think they did not open it, but they mentioned something about a clicking noise, which definitely wasn't there initially.

Western Digital WD2500BEVE Cannot be detected

Hard-drive began making a loud clicking noise, and then refused to boot. The service technicians at CompUSA tried some very basic recovery techniques but said the data was unrecoverable.
