Recover data from IC35L020AVER07-0 hard drive

The computer froze, after rebooting the clicking clunking sound from the hard drive. Did not try anything, as thought it could make more damage to the disk. Took the drive to the computer repair, they could not do much either, said the heads issue - recommended data recovery. Lost data recovery from hard drive, IC35L180AVV207-1

Had a friend run diagnostic testing. He found the bios were recognized, but Windows doesn't recognize the bios. He also said windows will rarely boot when drive is attached. He believes the issue is with the PCB board. The drive hasn't been opened nor have any parts been altered.
