Recover data from Seagate ST320410A hard drive

Unit was working, while on and sitting it then came up with error on screen, upon restart - repetitive clicking from the Hard drive and message of no boot drive found. Rebooted from floppy and one time it came up with C: drive accessible but after booting again it never came back. Constant clicking. Tried on another machine -same clicking sound from hard drive.
Sounds like Seagate Click-of-Death.
