Turnaround time for regular and emergency services.

The regular turnaround time typically takes 3-5 days.

EMERGENCY SERVICE is available as well. The time frame for this type of data recovery service: same day if possible, or normally 1 to 2 days. The EMERGENCY SERVICE recovery cost is indicated in the price table above. Please be aware of, in some complex recovery cases the recovery process time may be affected by capacity of hard drive and condition of surfaces on the disk.

Failure Symptoms: The drive has a noisy bearing resulting in the operating system NOT being able to see the Hard Drive as a D Drive in another PC. It was booting in Windows XP just prior to the failure but it takes a LONG time to boot if it boots at all. When the drive is made a D Drive, it may actually fail due to the speed of the motor slowing down as the bearings heat up and increase the friction.

Fujitsu MHT2060AH 60 GB laptop

-The laptop was unable to restart for hard drive not being recognized.
- I took out the hard drive from laptop and setup it up with external 2.5" HD enclosure to connect to another laptop.
- Unfortunately, the drive was not seen as external drive. It keeps trying with hard with a click noise.
