Turnaround time for regular and emergency services.
The regular turnaround time typically takes 3-5 days.
EMERGENCY SERVICE is available as well. The time frame for this type of data recovery service: same day if possible, or normally 1 to 2 days. The EMERGENCY SERVICE recovery cost is indicated in the price table above.
Please be aware of, in some complex recovery cases the recovery process time may be affected by capacity of hard drive and condition of surfaces on the disk.

Drive started to make high pitch whine. System locked up. Reboot was slow and drive read errors occurred. Turning laptop on its side worked for a short time but before I could get any files off, the drive quit spinning.
After recovery:

Failure Description: Growl from drive once. Shutdown OS. Primary drive not able to be recognized on next reboot.
Recover Attempted: Local Corporate PC Lab tried to spin up drive. Would not spin up. Froze drive and reattempted spin up - drive would spin up partially, before spinning down. Ended their attempt at that point.
