EMERGENCY SERVICE is available as well. The time frame for this type of data recovery service: same day if possible, or normally 1 to 2 days. Please be aware of, in some complex recovery cases the recovery process time may be affected by capacity of hard drive and condition of surfaces on the disk.

Hard drive is very noisy, there was a power outage while laptop was on, wasn't able to access the data after that.

Toshiba MK2016GAP 20 GB laptop

From Customer's order

User dumped a liquid on the laptop. We sent it to another data recovery service, who said they could not recover it. They opened the drive, but did not appear to open the 2nd, identical drive we sent them. Included is the drive we need recovered and a 2nd, identical drive. We are hoping you will have better luck, as you advertise being able to recover this model of hard drive specifically.
