Turnaround time for regular and emergency services.

The regular turnaround time typically takes 3-5 days.

EMERGENCY SERVICE is available as well. The time frame for this type of data recovery service: same day if possible, or normally 1 to 2 days. The EMERGENCY SERVICE recovery cost is indicated in the price table above. Please be aware of, in some complex recovery cases the recovery process time may be affected by capacity of hard drive and condition of surfaces on the disk.

I have the problem you list. Doesn't appear correct in bios and doesn't get seen by OS. Possible Firmware issue. I tried a program that runs in dos, but it doesn't see the drive. Were not looking to spend a lot of money, so an estimate might save your time.

Failure: Cannot reboot PC - receive the following error: Primary hard disk drive 0 failure. Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility.
I can see the drive electrically in the BIOS or SETUP as a D Drive or the secondary drive; however in Windows it can NOT see the drive as D. Also when I put her drive in my TESTBED as D DRIVE and boot from WINDOWS XP on the C DRIVE and go into My Computer, Manage, and Disk Management it doesn't display the second drive only the C Drive as DISK 0.
