Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 ST3400632A 400 Gb SATA

Unable to access the drive. Attempted standard XP recovery. Also local computer shop tried forensic software. Nothing.

going to professionals with the certain problem is the best way to handle the problem - save the money, save the time. Thanks much for handling my problem for me on the professional level. Now I know the shortcut to resolve the hard drive issue.

Western Digital WD2500BEVT 250 Gb SATA laptop

Unable to boot computer. The crash happened when I was in France. So I contacted Ontrack in France. They diagnosed and told me that entire data was recoverable. However, I couldn't stay there long enough for them to recover the data and I was not willing to pay the outrageous 'urgent' charges.

Thank you for recovering my data, and making the new clone-drive, it boots up very good...

Maxtor 6E030L0 30Gb

Though it is a 6E030L0510213 MAXTOR DiamondMax Plus 8 30 GB Hard Drive, it is detected as a 40G N40P (Factory name). I have tried inputting the correct values for Cyl/Hds/Sec but the drive fails and is unreadable. As far as I can tell the actual data is fine and the drive is fine, it's just this error that changes the firmware settings back to the N40P values.

We appreciate the support you provided in this matter. Thanks a lot for fast, professional service.
