Toshiba MK3021GAS laptop

Would not see drive in BIOS. WE tried to recover the data with another company and they tried to fix the controller board which is the problem but failed.
They said if we could find a new controller board from type of drive the data could be recovered. Please let us know of your ability to recover

Seagate Pipeline HD.2 ST1000322CS 1Tb external

I got lost data from my hard drive. After a power-off/on operation, the drive is no longer detected by BIOS and data is inaccessible. I'd like to retrieve all files if possible from broken hard drive. I read the recovery testimonials on web and hopefully you can help me too.

Seagate ST3500820AS 500 GB external

The external drive labeled as Barracuda 7200 is failed to be detected by my computer. I've tried the disk in separate external enclosure - no change. My IT department suspects the heads failure. The disk wasn't opened and got all original parts. No recovery attempts have been made.

Failure Description: Growl from drive once. Shutdown OS. Primary drive not able to be recognized on next reboot.
Recover Attempted: Local Corporate PC Lab tried to spin up drive. Would not spin up. Froze drive and reattempted spin up - drive would spin up partially, before spinning down. Ended their attempt at that point.
