Failure: Cannot BOOT PC - receive the following error: Primary hard disk drive 0 failure. Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility.
I can not see the drive electrically in the BIOS or SETUP as a D Drive or the secondary drive.

Computer boot system does not recognize the hard drive. The hard drive does not spin. Original hard drive - never opened. I tried to specify CHS in BIOS manually, did not work. Run a few DOS HD utilities to check if they can recognize the hard drive, with no success.
